Providing air conditioning for large buildings is a complex business involving many parties – architects, owners, contractors and of course mechanical engineers.

live|work helped air conditioning manufacturer Trane understand how they could better support mechanical engineers in their task of selecting and specifying equipment for buildings, and support the sales process.

We helped the team at Trane to see that engineers do not want to be sold to, but that they need manufacturers to be partners for them in their work.

The new Trane Selection Tool for engineers makes the previously complex task of finding the right equipment easier for Engineers, and saves the Trane team the effort of manually providing specification information, enabling them to focus on more valuable activities.
