Alongside Dave Gray, SVP of Strategy for Dachis Group and Shelley Evenson, Research Manager at Facebook, Ben will be part of a lively conversation that explores the boundaries, possibilities, opportunities and practicalities of designing for experience across channels.
They will explore what it means to the IA and UX communities to design across channels. And will share the opportunities that are out there, how to get involved, and how you can benefit from cross-channel thinking in your everyday work.
