My aim is to optimise the services that organisations deliver and make the interactions they have with consumers more sociable and productive experiences. I find it a constantly evolving and exciting challenge to ensure that as products and services are experienced through multiple digital channels, organisations are fully optimising the use of these networks to the benefit of their consumers and of course their brand.
As client partner at live|work my focus is developing client relationships and identifying new opportunities across all industry sectors. I am responsible for our client service, helping the team deliver the right solutions for our clients and providing the basis for longer term relationships. I also provide strategic and design input into projects especially those with a digital focus.
I trained in product design and prior to joining live|work I was a founder of the digital agency de-construct. As client services director, I worked with businesses and institutions across a range of sectors including Panasonic Europe, adidas, Vitra, Chivas Regal, Eurostar, Alico (MetLife) and the Barbican.
